After the vineyard walk, you will visit the winery, where you’ll learn about the finer details of our craft—from how rosé is made to the specifics of barrel aging and much more.

Tour of the vineyards, the winery and wine tasting

Join us for a wine tasting and a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, where you will discover the authentic world of Bulgarian wine. Immerse yourself in the beautiful nature surrounding the winery and learn more about vine growing, winemaking, and the philosophy behind every bottle.

The winery tour begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will learn about the history of the winery, our winemaking traditions, and the importance of terroir in shaping the taste and character of our wines. Discover how climate, soil composition, and vine care influence grape quality and play a key role in producing high-quality Bulgarian wines.

After the vineyard walk, you will visit the winery, where you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the winemaking process—from grape harvesting and fermentation to wine aging. You will learn about the techniques we use and the hands-on craftsmanship behind every handcrafted, small-batch wine we produce.

The tour concludes with a guided wine tasting in our tasting room overlooking the barrels. You will sample a curated selection of our handcrafted wines, including our interpretations of classic grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine is presented with a story about its creation, style, and aromatic profile.

The tasting includes five wines—two white, one rosé, and two red—personally selected by the winemaker, along with water and breadsticks.
